I had to use a lot of pipe cleaners in him, too. But now he is somewhat pose-able, at least. Super soft, too! I used Caron Simply Soft Heather for most of him. Oh, how I love that yarn...
He stands at 10" tall when not crouching, and took me ~12 hours to make.
